ROAD CONDITION ADVISORY DISCLAIMER

Laurel Heights is a high elevation community with private roads. Some roads within the community are maintained through the efforts and financial resources of LHOA. Some roads within the community are not maintained by LHOA. Property owners are provided with detailed information on road maintenance policies. Prospective buyers must consult with sellers or their realtors to obtain road condition and maintenance information.

Owners, visitors and users of LHOA roads should make their own final determination as to whether or not the roads may be traversed safely depending on their own personal driving skills and the capability of their particular vehicle. Anyone using LHOA roads at any time, but especially during inclement weather conditions (before, during and after) should do so at their sole discretion. Any travel on LHOA roads is at your own risk. LHOA offers no guarantee and assumes no liability for road use and/or access to specific locations throughout the Laurel Heights community.
